• Ability to work a flexible full‑time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels and merchandising.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety and compliance standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly.
