Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive WOW customer service while overseeing store operations. Under the Store Manager, you will mentor staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and support commercial accounts to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team development skills.
Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English.
Experience in automotive retail operations is preferred.
ASE Certification required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor sales, inventory, and performance standards to drive results.
Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
Lead parts sales, inventory management, returns processing, and merchandising.
Enforce safety practices and PPE use, upholding company standards.
Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns quickly while following policy guidelines.
