Titan Machinery is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and optimize department metrics. You will manage and elevate customer satisfaction while coordinating with vendors and service teams to meet store goals.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, inventory management, staff training, and relationship-building with customers and manufacturers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' related experience and/or related military experience or related education/training
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Strong customer service skills
