Titan Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in Waverly, IA to lead the Parts Department, drive sales, and elevate customer satisfaction. You will manage a team, optimize metrics, and align departmental objectives with store goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' related experience and/or related military experience or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Strong customer service skills
