• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless service.
• Drive parts sales and optimize inventory, including returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety, and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, upholding company policies.
