Qualifications

• Leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and assist Store Manager in supervision, training and development.
• Drive sales targets and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure WOW! customer service and risk management.
• Oversee cash handling and shrink control.
• Coordinate with commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries.
