Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive store performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service.

Under the Store Manager, MITs assist in supervision and develop staff, align with store procedures, and support inventory, cash handling, and safety standards. You will focus on exceeding sales targets, optimizing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment in an automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in supervising and developing team members.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff in a retail setting.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management, optimize returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety policies; promote risk management.
• Support commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding company policies.
