AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in the United States to drive sales performance and develop a high-performing team. Under the Store Manager, you will lead by example, foster growth, and ensure WOW! Customer Service across store operations.

You'll oversee inventory, merchandising, and safety, while collaborating with the commercial department to meet goals and deliver exceptional service to customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail leadership.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• ASE Certification preferred.
