NAPA Auto Parts is hiring a Store Sales Associate to be the primary contact for customers, promoting sales by understanding needs and sourcing accurate parts. You will ensure a positive customer experience and support selling while maintaining store standards.

The role involves greeting customers, identifying parts, and assisting with stocking and merchandise procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
• Greet all customers.
• Pick correct parts from behind the counter for customers.
• Assist in resolving retail issues.
• Ensure store cleanliness.
• Assist in receiving/stocking merchandise.
