Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the primary contact for retail and wholesale customers. You will identify customer needs, help locate parts, and ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining a neat store and handling stock duties.

You will build strong customer relationships, greet shoppers, and resolve parts-related issues. This role emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
• Greet customers and demonstrate ability to quickly understand needs.
• Secure correct parts and resolving issues for customers.
• Maintain appearance of store and displays.
• Assist in receiving/stocking incoming merchandise.
