NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Store Sales Associate to be the primary contact for customers, promoting sales by understanding needs and sourcing accurate parts to ensure a great customer experience.

The role requires greeting customers, selecting parts, facilitating POS transactions, and helping maintain a clean, organized store environment. Prior retail experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating POS system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
• Greet all customers.
• Pick correct parts from behind the counter for customers.
• Assist in resolving retail issues.
• Ensure store cleanliness.
• Assist in receiving/stocking merchandise.
