Job summary

AHW LLC in Pittsburg, NH is seeking a parts counter associate to sell our tiered portfolio of parts over the counter and support the service department with parts and special orders. You will provide excellent customer service, drive sales through promotions, and maintain accurate inventory.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, using JD Parts and related tools, ensuring process adherence, and collaborating with teammates to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Parts experience or equivalent sales or service experience.
• Experience connecting with customers, maintains professional image, establishes rapport.
• Demonstrates basic understanding of the selling processes.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects with some independence.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Experience working both independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs and routinely up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to the service department, customers at the counter or on the phone.
• Meets or exceeds monthly sales goals driving sales through Aftermarket promotions.
• Responsible for Inventory Integrity.
• Educates and engages customers through product demonstrations and promotions.
• Effectively uses computer applications including: Sales Manual, JD Parts®, Parts Expert®, JD Point®, PartsAdvisor®, barcode system and Dealer Business System
• Communicates, executes, and monitors Parts Department standard processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned
