Job summary

Rihm Family Companies seeks a Parts Runner/Shipper/Receiver to deliver and pick up parts from customers and vendors, coordinate internal pickups, and ensure accurate shipment processing. The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, routine forklift operation, and coordination with service teams.

You will maintain delivery logs, verify invoices, and assist with inventory and packing/shipping while contributing to safe, timely shipments across locations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to travel within assigned route.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to and pick up parts and equipment from customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, vendors and service technicians.
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries from internal customers as needed.
• Verify invoices match purchase orders and payments for each pick-up.
• Maintain daily log of deliveries and pickups and obtain customer signatures.
• Serve as liaison between parts sales and customers.
• Unload truck each night and perform basic truck maintenance.
• Assist with inventory stocking and posting orders to expedite service.
• Pack and ship products to customers and suppliers per company process.
• Move heavy items using forklifts, pallet jacks, and wheel trucks.
• Negotiate shipping rates with freight companies and couriers.
• Inspect forklifts and schedule maintenance as needed.
