Rihm Family Companies seeks a reliable Parts Runner/Shipper/Receiver to deliver and pick up parts and equipment within a day shift. The role supports parts and service departments, ensuring timely shipments and accurate check-ins. A strong work ethic and the ability to travel on route are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to and pick up parts and equipment from customers and vendors.
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with internal teams as needed.
• Verify invoices match purchase orders and ensure payments when applicable.
• Maintain a daily log of deliveries and obtain customer signatures.
• Assist parts sales and communicate promotions to customers.
• Unload truck each night and perform basic truck maintenance.
• Help with inventory stocking and shipping/receiving processes.
• Prepare cores for return shipments and package items for shipment.
