Job summary

Sweetie Boy Delivers is seeking a reliable Parts Runner to deliver parts and materials to various locations. The role requires driving experience, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Richmond, VA.

You will safely operate company vehicles, follow routes and schedules, and maintain delivery records while communicating professionally with customers and management. Weekdays with potential weekend hours, weather must be tolerable.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Parts Runner. As a Parts Runner, you will be responsible for delivering parts and materials to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This position requires driving experience.

Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Inspect parts for damage or defects before loading them onto the vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and management in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with inventory management by organizing parts in the warehouse

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40

Work Days:

• Monday - Friday
• Weekends as needed
