Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Parts Room Supervisor to lead the storeroom for maintenance parts, ensuring 5S compliance, accurate inventory, and efficient material flow. You will manage part movements, data quality, and collaboration with maintenance, purchasing, and finance teams.

The role requires experience in a technical environment, SAP proficiency, and strong organizational and leadership skills to drive cost-effective inventory strategies while supporting food safety and TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associates degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience supervising technical teams is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Excel strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly 5S storeroom.
• Plan storeroom layout for efficient order picking.
• Organize staffing to support maintenance.
• Collaborate with maintenance on cost and inventory strategies.
• Control slow-moving and obsolete parts; manage cycle counts.
• Monitor min/max levels and ABCZ inventory.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper replenishment.
• Coordinate with purchasing, accounting, engineering, operations, and management.
