Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Parts Room Supervisor to own the technical storeroom, ensure right parts are available at the right time and maintain a 5S compliant environment. You will lead staffing for maintenance support, partner with purchasing, accounting, engineering and operations, run cycle counts, audits, KPI reports, and maintain inventory control processes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Requires 3+ years in a technical field, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills; high school

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer goods, including supervision of others.
• Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
• Experience with Excel and other analysis tools.
• Basic exposure to equipment and spare parts used in instrumentation, industrial services, E&A, and general food/beverage industry.
• Experience with TPM, preventive maintenance planning, and maintenance execution.
• Participation in multi-disciplinary teams for process or activity optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly 5S storeroom.
• Plan the storeroom layout for efficient order picking and inventory care.
• Organize and manage staffing levels to support maintenance.
• Work with maintenance on cost and inventory strategies.
• Manage slow-moving parts and obsolete parts."
• Monitor min/max levels and reorder point information.
• Coordinate with purchasing, accounting, engineering, operations and management.
• Provide monthly KPI reports to the maintenance manager and plant controller.
• Provide inventory valuation reports, cycle count variances, scrap, and obsolescence reports.
