Job summary

PFNonwovens Hazleton is seeking a Parts Department Supervisor to oversee inventory management, parts sourcing, and customer service for internal and external clients. You will lead the Parts Room team and work with Maintenance and Purchasing to ensure stock levels and order accuracy.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Parts Room/Inventory and CMMS experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of Parts Room/Inventory experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ CMMS experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees the Parts Room.
• Collaborates with Maintenance and Operations for inventory analysis.
• Maintains inventory accuracy using a PC-based parts control system.
• Creates and maintains storage schemes and labeling for search consistency.
• Places stock and emergency orders with vendors.
• Trains internal customers to locate parts in the system.
• Performs general housekeeping and paperwork.
