PYP is seeking a highly organized and proactive High Value Parts Supervisor to oversee the identification, extraction, and logistics of critical inventory. The role demands administrative precision, hands-on mechanical abilities, and strong leadership skills to ensure accuracy in documentation and team performance.

This position involves creating shipping documentation, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inventory management, a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or automotive/parts salvage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital inventory systems.
• Proficient with basic hand tools; must be 'handy with a wrench.'
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional email etiquette.
• Natural team leader with a focus on accountability and organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily strategy for pulling high-value cores and parts.
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and manage all shipping documentation.
• Set daily Team and Individual Goals, follow up to ensure they are achieved.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist in removing parts using hand tools when necessary.
