Job summary

Alamo Group Ag Americas, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative-Parts Returns to join the Selma, Alabama team. The role supports Bush Hog and RhinoAg dealers by processing RMAs, handling returns, and researching orders, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.

Strong communication, data entry accuracy, and ERP knowledge are valued. Occasional main campus support may occur.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in customer service/parts/returns preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office is preferred.
• Strong communication and data entry accuracy are essential.
• Ability to read safety instructions and procedures.
• Problem-solving with sound judgment and accuracy.
• Organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture by following policies and encouraging safe work practices.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer return orders (RMAs) in line with company policies.
• Review and process returned parts with proper documentation.
• Accurately enter orders with high precision and timeliness.
• Research and resolve inquiries by coordinating with internal departments.
• Process returns via company website and maintain return records.
• Provide pricing, availability, and lead-time information as needed.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and order corrections.
• Use product knowledge to support customers and make appropriate recommendations.
• Assist with parts planning: ordering, tracking, availability.
• Communicate with teams and suppliers for timely processing.
• Support promotions and sales initiatives when applicable.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
