Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, parts, returns, receiving or related experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process returns (RMAs) accurately in accordance with company policies and programs.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries by coordinating with internal departments to ensure complete and accurate information.
