Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and internal teams to guide the returns process.
• Inspect returned parts for defects and determine eligibility for restocking.
• Maintain accurate returns and inventory records and KPI data.
• Collaborate with warranty, quality control, and customer service to address issues.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management as needed.
• Follow company guidelines and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
