Job summary

Gravely Auto in Axton, VA is seeking a returns associate to process customer part returns, inspect items for defects, and restock eligible parts. You will collaborate with warranty, quality control and customer service teams to ensure accurate data and timely resolution.

Required for the role: a valid driver's license with MVR, at least one year of delivery or automotive experience, high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One (1) year minimum customer service, retail, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
• One (1) year minimum automotive experience preferred. Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism in all transactions.
• Must demonstrate sound judgment within predetermined parameters and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process the return of parts from customers and inspect for defects or damage.
• Document issues and restock eligible parts to the correct warehouse location.
• Provide status updates to customers and coordinate with warranty, quality control, and customer service teams.
• Assist in evaluating returns data and identifying root causes for KPI tracking.
