Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Waynesboro, GA is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You’ll stock shelves, maintain inventory knowledge, and assist walk-in customers.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, safety awareness, and strong communication. Automotive parts experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety instructions.
• Experience with driving and navigation in local area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect cash or credit card payments for accounts as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock organization.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and provide recommendations.
