Beard Equipment is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to identify, source, and sell John Deere construction and forestry parts. You will assist customers and service technicians, source parts from catalogs and inventories, and handle quotes and orders with accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and a valid driver's license. Training and advancement opportunities are provided in a team‑oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Parts sales, customer service, warehouse, or equipment industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift, bend, and work in a parts department environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, process sales transactions, and manage customer orders.

Position Summary
