Job summary

Beard Equipment is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain John Deere construction and forestry equipment in shop and field environments. You will handle diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems and conduct preventive maintenance while following safety practices.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with heavy equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing heavy equipment, diesel engines, or related machinery preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Basic computer and diagnostic software knowledge.

• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in shop and outdoor environments.
