Job summary

United Construction & Forestry is seeking a parts counter sales professional to assist customers both over the phone and in person, researching parts for John Deere and other equipment in the territory. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed and offers opportunities for advancement within a well-established Deere dealership.

The posted pay range reflects the full compensation range for this position. Starting pay is determined based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, geographic market, and internal equity. Most new hires are placed within the lower to middle portion of the range, with opportunities for continued wage growth as they develop in the role.
