Job summary

Beard Equipment Company is an authorized John Deere dealer seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain John Deere construction, forestry, and industrial equipment in shop and field environments.

Responsibilities include diagnosing diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, completing work orders, communicating recommendations, and upholding a safe, organized workspace while pursuing ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience repairing heavy equipment, diesel engines, or related machinery preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Basic computer and diagnostic software knowledge.
