Wabash seeks a Warehouse Parts Counter/Warehouse Worker in Florida to support inventory processes in a fast-paced environment. You will move materials between dock areas, verify packing slips against POs, operate a forklift, cycle count inventory, and prepare outbound shipments while upholding safety policies and quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential as you document damages, assist with counts, and ensure storage areas remain clean and organized daily.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift and inventory control processes.
• Ability to verify packing slips against POs and report discrepancies.
• Commitment to safety policies and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Removes material from trucks and delivers to the correct area.
• Notes shipping damage on packing list and freight bill; photos for documentation.
• Compares packing slip to PO, counts items, reports discrepancies.
• Writes part numbers and PO numbers on containers; stores items properly.
• Operates forklift; performs daily safety checks and reports issues.
• Counts inventory; conducts year-end physical inventory.
• Fills orders and prepares outbound shipments; coordinates with shipping.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
