Job summary

Wesco Turf is seeking a Parts Warehouse Receiver in Sarasota to ensure inventory is received, tracked, and available for customers and internal teams. This role supports fast-paced operations, taking pride in accuracy and organized storage.

You will process deliveries, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse and collaborating across departments to meet demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience.
• Previous inventory management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily parts deliveries from small package carriers, LTL shipments, and company trucks.
• Process customer returns and coordinate with Customer Service for RGAs.
• Receive inbound inventory transfers from other Wesco Turf locations.
• Maintain organized RGA inventory area for returned products awaiting vendor claims or reassignment.
• Manage special-order customer products and newly stocked inventory.
• Put away received products and assign accurate warehouse locations.
• Process weekly vendor claims and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Inspect returned parts to ensure they are new and resellable.
• Assist with receiving and stocking weekly Toro inventory orders.
• Maintain bin location accuracy and inventory availability.
• Monitor warehouse supply inventories (boxes, labels, bags, shipping materials).
• Support shipping by pulling, packing, and preparing orders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, RF scanners, and inventory management systems.
• Build strong cross-department relationships and contribute to a team culture.
