Job summary

Wesco Turf is seeking a Parts Warehouse Receiver to join our warehouse team. You will ensure daily inbound shipments are received, tracked, and stored accurately, supporting timely availability for customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse receiving, strong inventory control skills, and the ability to operate RF scanners and forklifts. A valid driver's license is preferred and certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience.
• Previous inventory management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily parts deliveries from small package carriers, LTL shipments, and company trucks.
• Process customer returns and ensure RGAs are handled quickly and accurately.
• Receive and process inbound inventory transfers from other Wesco Turf locations.
• Maintain an organized and accurate RGA inventory area for returned products awaiting vendor claims or reassignment.
• Manage special-order customer products and newly stocked inventory.
• Put away received products and assign accurate warehouse locations.
• Process weekly vendor claims and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Inspect returned parts to verify they are in new and resellable condition.
• Assist with receiving and stocking weekly Toro inventory orders.
• Maintain warehouse bin location accuracy and inventory availability.
• Monitor warehouse supply inventories, including boxes, labels, bags, and shipping materials.
• Support shipping operations by pulling, packing, and preparing orders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, RF scanners, and inventory management systems.
• Build strong working relationships across departments and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
• Continuously develop your skills through training and professional development opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Parts Warehouse Receiver, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency through the timely processing of incoming shipments, customer returns, vendor claims, and inventory transfers.

• Process customer returns and work closely with Customer Service to ensure Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) are handled quickly and accurately
• Receive and process inbound inventory transfers from other Wesco Turf locations
• Maintain an organized and accurate RGA inventory area for returned products awaiting vendor claims or reassignment
• Manage special-order customer products and newly stocked inventory
• Promptly put away received products and assign accurate warehouse locations
• Process weekly vendor claims and inventory adjustments as needed
• Inspect returned parts to verify they are in new and resellable condition
• Assist with receiving and stocking weekly Toro inventory orders
• Maintain warehouse bin location accuracy and inventory availability
• Monitor warehouse supply inventories, including boxes, labels, bags, and shipping materials

Requirements

What Do You Need?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience
• Previous inventory management experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Requires lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to go up and down stairs and ladders frequently
