Job summary

Lippert is hiring for a Parts Puller to support production flow in our U.S. manufacturing facilities. This full-time hourly role involves maintaining raw material inventories, moving parts through production and shipping, and assisting with loading, unloading, and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintain daily production goals and deadlines as established by management.
• Operate required equipment safely and maintain tools.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain raw material inventory.
• Move completed parts through production/shipping as needed.
• Prepare, maintain, and operate fork trucks and tools.
• Assist in loading and preparing product for build.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Rotate position within team structure.
• Assist in repair work as necessary.
• Safely operate forklift/picker.
