Job summary

Lippert is seeking a production helper to assist in the flow of production. The role involves maintaining inventory, moving raw materials through the installation area, and ensuring parts meet specifications for furniture assembly.

You will support repairs, maintain housekeeping, and help teams meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be able to read measurements, work well in a team, and lift items over 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Required or preferred: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: ability to read basic blueprints.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain material inventory and move raw materials.
• Move parts from installation area to shipping area.
• Verify parts specifications (size, dimensions, gauge).
• Ensure sufficient parts at processing stations.
• Assist in repair work when needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Work to meet production goals and deadlines.
