Lippert is hiring a Parts Puller to support production throughput in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on pulling and feeding parts, maintaining inventories, and assisting in loading and preparing products for build. Safety and accuracy are essential as you work with forklifts and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Must be able to physically and mentally maintain daily production goals and deadlines as established by management.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of raw material inventory (parts, supplies, etc.)
• Movement of completed parts into and through production/shipping if needed
• Preparation, and maintenance, and of all fork trucks and tools
• Assistance in loading and preparing product for build.
• Loading and unloading of trucks if needed (foam, fiber, pillow, other parts)
• Rotation of position within team structure as necessary
• Assistance in repair work as necessary
• Safe operation of fork truck/picker
