Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or, in lieu, 5+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of related experience if degree is held.
• Experience in program communication, dealer support, training coordination, marketing support, or related business functions is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, professional messaging.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers communication plans to increase awareness of Kubota parts programs among dealers and internal teams.
• Creates clear, accurate program education materials like announcements, guides, and FAQs.
• Explains program mechanics, eligibility, enrollment steps, and benefits to dealers and stakeholders.
• Supports program launches and promotions by coordinating messaging and timelines across departments.
• Partners with sales, marketing, training, and parts teams to ensure consistent program information.
• Guides dealers through participation requirements, enrollment steps, deadlines, and available support resources.
• Builds awareness campaigns to strengthen dealer participation and program adoption.
• Collects dealer and internal feedback to identify gaps and improve clarity and effectiveness.
• Monitors participation trends and communication effectiveness to drive improvements.
• Maintains up-to-date program documentation reflecting current rules and benefits.
• Supports meetings, webinars, and training sessions related to program education.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
