Job summary

Kubota Group is seeking a Parts Program Specialist to drive awareness and participation in Kubota parts programs across dealer and internal teams. You will craft messaging, training materials, and communication plans to educate stakeholders on program purpose, enrollment steps, timelines, and benefits.

You will partner with sales, marketing, training, and parts teams to ensure consistency and effective execution, while supporting dealers through enrollment and program resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in program communication, dealer support, training coordination, marketing support, or related business functions preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to educate others on processes, requirements, and benefits in an understandable way.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers communication plans to increase awareness and understanding of Kubota parts programs.
• Creates clear, accurate program education materials (announcements, guides, FAQs, reference documents).
• Explains program details: who can participate, actions required, benefits for dealers and stakeholders.
• Supports program launches and ongoing promotions by coordinating messaging and timelines across departments.
• Partners with sales, marketing, training, and parts teams to ensure consistent information.
• Helps dealers navigate participation requirements, enrollment steps, deadlines, and support resources.
• Builds awareness campaigns to boost dealer participation and program adoption.
• Collects questions/feedback to identify gaps and improve clarity and effectiveness.
• Monitors participation trends and recommends improvements.
