Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking an organized procurement and inventory specialist to order spare parts and materials for the O&M site. You will manage inventory records, requisitions, purchase orders, and stock documentation in a CMMS system.

Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, at least 1 year in procurement/inventory control, and proficiency with Excel and CMMS. ISO familiarity and safety policy adherence are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in parts procurement or inventory control.
• Preferred: 3+ years in parts procurement and inventory control, Excel and CMMS proficiency, ISO standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Procure and order spare parts, materials and supplies per policies.
• Maintain and audit inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
• Enter data into CMMS and maintain supplier and purchase records.
• Evaluate vendors for best cost and service; ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Reconcile purchase orders, receiving and invoicing; assist in coding invoices.
