Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America is seeking a Full Time Order Filler to support materials flow and outbound shipments. The role emphasizes accurate labeling, material put-away, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, and strong English communication. On-site shift operates Monday–Friday with potential for safety-driven equipment use and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating forklift equipment a plus.
• Experience with inventory/shipping a plus.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong verbal communication and reading/writing English.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Labeling and counting materials received and puts away in the correct area safely and on time.
• Preparing accurate orders for outbound shipments.
• Consolidating inventory.
• Conducting weekly inventory – down stocking, refreshing labels as needed.
• Uses a scanner to verify and track orders.
• May be required to use material handling equipment, following all safety rules.
• Adhere to Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures and drive continuous improvement.
