Northland AG & Turf in Michigan is hiring a full-time Parts Counter Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of parts, merchandise, and services. You will greet customers and process transactions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a parts department, strong communication skills, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. This in-person role includes benefits such as 401(k), health and dental coverage, and PTO.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in parts departments.
• Experience connecting with customers and maintaining a professional image.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in motorsports and turf equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent and promote the dealership in a professional manner.
• Sell parts, merchandise and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging customers.
• Record sales and/or counter transactions.
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Supply Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Maintain showroom inventory and displays to meet dealership standards.
• Process cores, warranties, and returned merchandise as required.
• Follow safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
