Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers, technicians, and the service department with parts needs.
• Identify and source automotive parts using Ford parts catalogs and other parts systems.
• Sell and invoice parts to customers and internal departments.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts.
• Maintain an accurate and organized parts inventory.
• Look up parts by vehicle identification number (VIN), application, and part number.
• Communicate with parts suppliers and other dealerships to locate parts when needed.
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranties.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to keep repairs moving efficiently.
