Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in order entry, customer service, parts administration, or similar role.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Experience using ERP/order-management systems (Epicor a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer parts orders accurately into the ERP system.
• Review purchase orders for completeness and correctness.
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with customers, sales reps, and internal departments for clarification.
• Provide order acknowledgments and communicate status to customers.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and updates promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems.
• Monitor orders and follow up to prevent delays.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, Shipping as needed.
