Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or parts administration preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using an ERP or order-management system preferred (Epicor ERP a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to review detailed purchase orders and identify missing or inconsistent information.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer parts orders into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
• Review purchase orders and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify customer information, part numbers, descriptions, quantities, pricing, shipping addresses, delivery dates, terms.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and coordinate with customers and internal teams to obtain clarification.
• Ensure pricing and terms align with quotations and customer agreements.
• Provide order acknowledgments and communicate order status to customers and sales reps.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and updates promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems.
