Job summary

The Baker Company, a local American-made manufacturer, is seeking a Parts Order Entry Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer parts orders. You will enter orders into the ERP, verify details such as part numbers, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements, and coordinate with customers, sales reps, and internal departments to resolve any missing or conflicting information.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree, experience with ERP/order-management systems

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in order entry, customer service, and parts administration.
• Experience with ERP/order-management systems, Epicor ERP preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer parts orders into the ERP system accurately.
• Review purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify part numbers, pricing, quantities, and delivery details.
• Coordinate with customers, sales reps, and internal departments for clarifications.
