Ohio Peterbilt (a division of Ohio Machinery Co.) is seeking a Parts Specialist Counter to deliver excellent customer service at the parts counter and support warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving parts calls, assisting walk-in customers, processing paperwork, and handling transactions, while ensuring safety and contamination control.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One or more years of warehouse and inventory experience, some of which should have been in a mechanical parts environment.
• Knowledge and experience with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts are preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Parts Specialist Counter will provide excellent customer service.
• Assist walk-in customers at the parts counter and handle parts calls.
• Process all paperwork accurately and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Perform warehouse duties including counting, receiving and shipping of parts, stock receiving, and warranty item accounting.
• Follow contamination control procedures and prioritize safety.
