Job summary

Maxim Crane Works, LP is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee parts operations and personnel at the Canonsburg, PA branch. The role focuses on delivering high external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control and expense management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in parts/service, CMMS experience, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in parts and service in a similar industry such as equipment rental, auto parts service, etc.
• 3+ years’ experience using a CMMS system
• 1+ years’ experience in team lead or supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicing.
• Accurately and timely orders, tracks, and receives parts for crane repairs and maintenance.
• Label and stage parts and materials for repairs and maintenance once received at the branch.
• Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with vendors for company and customer owned equipment.
• Plan and attain short and long-term objectives in line with company goals.
