Bonnell is seeking a Parts Specialist in Defiance, OH to manage parts inventory and support CollisionRight’s service teams. You will monitor stock accuracy, place orders, and verify deliveries to keep operations flowing smoothly.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work quickly in a dynamic shop environment. Prior parts operations experience is preferred but not required for all applicants.

Competenze

• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1+ of experience in Part Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficient in Microsoft and Excel is preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret internal cost reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand written instructions, work orders, and estimates.
• Work effectively as a member and leader of a team.

Mansioni

• Accurately maintains inventory control of all parts in the system.
• Orders parts as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Inspect all parts for damage when delivered to the shop.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor and acquire correct parts promptly.
• Ensures all tools and equipment are operating correctly.
• Answer customer questions regarding their vehicle.
• Maintain a cost projection spreadsheet and follow up with departments on product needs.
• Establish relationships with vendors and communicate status and delivery of parts.
