Job summary

CollisionRight is seeking a Parts Specialist to manage inventory, verify parts, and distribute them to service teams. You will order and receive parts promptly and ensure accurate stock levels.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in parts operations, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel; teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1+ years of experience in Part Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret internal cost reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand written instructions, work orders, and estimates.
• Capable of working as a team member and leader.

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintains inventory control of all parts in the system.
• Orders parts as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inspect all parts for damage when delivered to the shop.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor and acquire correct parts promptly.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are operating correctly.
• Answer customer questions regarding their vehicle.
• Maintain a cost projection spreadsheet and follow up with other departments on product needs.
• Establish relationships with vendors and communicate on status and delivery of parts.
