Movement Search and Delivery is assisting an industry-leading manufacturer in Sturgeon Bay, WI to identify a Parts Department Manager who can lead the team and grow with the organization.

The ideal candidate will oversee parts operations, collaborate with other departments, ensure accurate part fulfillment, and drive customer satisfaction while optimizing inventory and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing others is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment parts required.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and delegate.

Responsabilités

• Manage parts department while collaborating with other department managers to ensure smooth day to day operations and customer satisfaction.
• Support parts sales department in assisting customers in solving their parts needs to ensure effective operation of their equipment.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Teams to maintain and optimize inventory levels to best-support aftermarket efforts.
• Process parts orders received from customers via web site, e-mail, and phone.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests for parts, service quotes, and order delivery while promoting efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and enhance parts sales pipeline to promote robust business operations.
• Communicate with both vendors and customers regarding parts availability issues, updates, and the need to expedite deliveries.
• Obtain updated pricing and lead times from suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
