Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 1–2 years related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and customer service.
• Proven track record of growing parts revenue.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct all people in the parts department.
• Coach and counsel employees to ensure customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.
• Participate in hiring and termination activities.
• Review and adjust order controls and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales to support customers.
• Forecast and manage inventory replenishment.
