Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Alamo, TN is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead the integrated planning, purchasing, warehouse management, and inventory excellence across the local business unit.

You will shape the future of supply chain operations, influence global best practices, and lead with a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement. We are looking for a proven leader with 10+ years in manufacturing operations, strong people management, and expertise in ERP systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
10+ years in operations management in manufacturing.
5+ years direct people management experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
ERP systems experience, preferably SAP.
APICS and CPIM certification.
Lean 6S certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, and financial planning.
Develop and execute a single, integrated rolling plan to drive business performance.
Own and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes to reduce lead times and working capital.
Conduct value chain assessments and implement solutions to enhance service levels.
Champion ERP best practices for inventory control and planning.
Oversee the Procure to Pay process and ensure seamless supplier collaboration.
Guide inbound and outbound transportation operations and administration.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
